XO Tea is a proudly WA owned and operated tea atelier. They offer a large range of sustainably sourced, certified organic teas. Working with XO Tea has been a great experience to learn a lot about the tea industry.
We have been working with XO in order to maintain a strong social media presence backed by strong photography. As well as standard shoots, we have had the opportunity to work with the client on many new product launch campaigns.
Taking the time to work on email marketing was a challenge for the client. Our team has revamped their approach to EDM’s in order to reflect their branding and messaging. We have seen strong results with an avg. 45% open rate and 180% increase in avg. daily online sales.
We have helped XO maintain their image with regular product and warehouse photoshoots. Our photography team takes a very hands-on approach with the client to ensure we capture the brands essence.
